HosPro is a Windows-based software package that allows an institution to manage and view their policies, procedures, and forms over an Intranet.  It takes the manual labor involved in maintaining and distributing these manuals and does it all electronically, making the process more accurate, cost-efficient, and thorough.

There are two main systems that make up the package:  SpeedSearch and Manager. 

SpeedSearch allows a user to find and view information with a click of a mouse.  Documents are searched by text in the document in a wide variety of easy to use methods.  It also allows a side-by-side comparison between a current policy and a JCAHO standard.

Manager is the system used by management to control everything about a policy from creation to distribution.  You can add a policy and distribute it across the entire system in under 5 minutes!

Currently two systems that can be added onto the system to increase functionality:  Prompter and Tracker.

Prompter is the ultimate electronic version of a sign-in sheet.  When used, a person will log into SpeedSearch and be told about new or changed policies that have been released.  They will be prompted to read them or allowed to bypass them (for now) and get into the policy they need now. 

Tracker reduces the need for the "Policy and Procedure Review Committee" to meet for so long and so often.  It takes the review process to the 21st Century.  Policies due for review are emailed to personnel for review and sent back to the "Policy Coordinator." 

Together, these four systems allow an institution complete control over the production, distribution, viewing, and record keeping of a policy manual.  Each is described in more detail on other pages within this site.  We have included brief PowerPoint demonstrations to allow you to see the ease and functionality our products provide.
